Probate And The Administration of Estates

PROBATE AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES When someone dies all of their assets, known as their estate, are frozen. This means that no-one can draw on any money except to pay the funeral expenses.

We understand that dealing with the affairs of a loved one following their death can be a very difficult time. Our experienced team will take the time to explain the procedure of obtaining a Grant of Representation from the Probate Registry, and administering the estate. The Grant gives the people named in it the legal authority to deal with the deceased person’s financial affairs.
